1 Proficiency in skill Development Projects, Knows- How of major skill projects, and experience in handling PMKVY( Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Projects )/ DDUGKY - Skill
2. NRLM/ ASRLM/ PSDM/ State Rural Livelihood schemes etc.
3 Any projects relevant to skill
4. Managing a team of 30-40 candidates with skill operations anywhere in India
5. Good team Management skills/ Knowledge of QP_ NOS aligned skill Curriculum/ Placement / Post Placement in skill
6. MIS Maintenance/ Center Due Diligence/ Batch Creation
7. Mobilization process etc.
8. Knowledge of Skill SOP/ QP/ Sector Skill Councils
