As a Non-IT Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients Sales Vacancies. Your primary responsibility will be to execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, including roles, responsibilities, and specific requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business and staffing goals.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications match client requirements.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming roles.

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer and negotiation process.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients.

Data Management:

• Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and client requirements using our recruitment platform.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
