We (Agranika Techlabs LLP) are a tech startup company, looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has an idea about recruitment and staffing.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes to Short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews

- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the Organization.

- Involved in Employee engagement activities.

- Responsible for Onboarding and joining formalities.

- Documentation, maintaining the employee database, joiners report, etc

- Source profile using various recruitment portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, and Linkedin

- Good communication skills.
