Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job responsibilities:

1. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Lightning

components, Apex code, and Visualforce pages, to meet specific business

requirements.

2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and

administrators, to gather and analyse requirements for Salesforce projects.

3. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the

successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

4. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform updates, features, and best

practices, applying this knowledge to enhance development processes.

5. Optimize Salesforce solutions for maximum performance, security, and

scalability, following Salesforce coding standards.

6. Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve

code quality and maintain development standards.

7. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or

other integration tools.

8. Embrace Agile methodologies, actively participating in all aspects of the

software development life cycle, including sprint planning, estimation,

development, testing, deployment and retrospectives.

9. Collaborate with production support teams to enable automated deployment of

applications using a CI/CD pipeline across multiple environments, including

production.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SFDC development (Apex, SOQL, SOSL,

Visualforce, LWC and Aura components, Process Builders, Workflows, Flows,

JavaScript).

• Minimum 1 year experience in developing custom LWC and Aura components.

• Proficient in developing custom user interfaces using Visual Force pages.

• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP web services, handling

JSON and XML data formats.

• Expertise in rapid and efficient deployment strategies using tools like SFDX, Git,

Azure or CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in data migration and data import techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective collaboration and

communication with internal business stakeholders / other Salesforce team

members.

• Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex technical problems.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of requests and deliver high-quality

solutions.

Good to have

• Experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.

• Familiarity in using IDE’s like VSCode and IntelliJ.

• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, PD1, Sales Cloud/Service

Cloud/Experience Cloud.
