About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain, particularly in collaboration with US-based banking institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in understanding and delivering banking solutions, working with stakeholders, and providing insights to drive innovation and efficiency in banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Domain Expertise:

Provide insights and solutions based on in-depth knowledge of the US banking domain, including regulations, compliance, and best practices.

Understand end-to-end banking processes such as lending, deposits, payments, and digital banking.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals.

Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates for various stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing banking processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.

Recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Project Management Support:

Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation plans.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams.

Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
