Job Title: SAP FICO Controller

Location: Across India

• Min of 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, SAP FICO, and S4 HANA migration projects.

• Proficiency in SAP FICO module, SAP S4 HANA, and related financial systems. Strong understanding of financial processes and data management.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of the S4 HANA migration project, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Manage and oversee all financial controlling aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Monitor cost centres, profit centres, and internal orders to ensure accurate cost allocations.

• Implement and oversee product costing processes.

• Perform profitability analysis (CO-PA) and recommend actions to improve margins.

• Utilize extensive SAP FICO knowledge to optimize financial processes, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP modules.

• Ensure accurate data migration, validation, and reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.

• SAP certification in FICO or S4 HANA is a plus.
