ETL Tester

Exp: 7-10 years

Notice Period – 15 days

This will include ETL testing, Report testing, learning new technologies, and becoming an expert in one part of the system.

Primary Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Understand the requirements and based on that write/execute test scenarios to check data integrity.

•⁠ ⁠Understand the Data to come up with Negative scenarios and other edge cases

•⁠ ⁠Adhere to team priorities and work well in an integrated developer/tester environment

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with business and quality analysts and clients in a highly collaborative manner

•⁠ ⁠Participate in backlog discussions, amigos meetings, and estimation sessions

•⁠ ⁠Participate in a range of functional and cross-functional testing, like exploratory testing thinking outside the test plans

•⁠ ⁠Report and manage defects using a defect-tracking tool

•⁠ ⁠Report and communicate testing status

•⁠ ⁠Must be highly motivated, result-oriented, and possess the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines concurrently with minimal supervision

Experience Guidelines:

Must haves:

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Agile process

•⁠ ⁠Expertise of testing processes, like, test estimation, test cases creation/execution, defect reporting etc.

•⁠ ⁠Strong & Advance working knowledge of SQL queries

•⁠ ⁠Strong & Advance working knowledge of Data warehousing Concepts

•⁠ ⁠Strong & Advance working of ETL and Reporting concepts and tools, with at least 6 months hands-on experience on ETL and Reporting tools

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills & client-handling experience
