The Client Acquisition Manager/Executive is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving business growth through effective client acquisition strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, online research, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress towards targets and key challenges.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, in IT industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Prior experience with C2C client acquisition.


Skills:


Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
