Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:
· You'll engage with leads focusing particularly on customers in the US.
· Conduct research to identify potential target markets aligned with our service offerings and market needs, compiling actionable prospect lists while leveraging existing networks.
· Initiate lead generation and outbound prospecting activities directly targeting potential clients.
· Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide clarity on our offerings.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in business development USA IT sale
· Willing to work in night shifts.
· Strong communication with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
