Job Description: 

As an Influencer Talent Executive, your role is to connect with social media influencers and collaborate with them on campaigns that resonate with our brand. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure these partnerships align with our goals. This position requires someone who understands social media trends, communicates effectively, and can negotiate partnerships with influencers. You'll also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve our strategies.

Responsibilities: 

1. Identify social media influencers who share our brand values.

2. Reach out to influencers and establish partnerships. 

3. Coordinate content creation and delivery with influencers and our team.

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.

5. Share findings with the marketing team to enhance our approach.

 Requirements: 

1. Strong communication skills. 

2. Familiarity with social media platforms. 

3. Ability to build relationships with influencers. 

4. Basic understanding of analytics. 

5. Organizational skills and ability to multitask. 

6. Problem-solving abilities.
