Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' objectives and develop tailored social media strategies to meet their goals.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, insights, and recommendations for their social media campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and content quality.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure the team is well-equipped to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and present detailed reports to clients.
- Analyze campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, contributing to business growth.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support new business initiatives and proposals.
- Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
- Problem Solving & Client Satisfaction:
- Proactively address any client concerns or issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a client-centric approach, consistently aiming to exceed client expectations and achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Group Account Manager in a social media or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
