JOB DESCRIPTION

Basic Information

Position Title: Project Co-ordinator

Department: Facilities

Location: Hyderabad

Geographical Scope: PAN India


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the initiation, planning, and execution of civil and MEP projects.
  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources.
  • Prepare project documentation such as RFQs, tenders, and BOQs.
  • Commercial Process Navigation:
  • Aid in navigating and managing the internal & external commercial processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Documentation and Communication:
  • Draft project recommendation.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Organization & Time Management:
  • Assist in project scheduling, prioritization, and time management to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Support conflict resolution and problem-solving activities with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all project documentation and reporting.
  • Site Management:
  • Assist in on-site project supervision & management activities as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Risk Management:
  • Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning to minimize project risks.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Support effective stakeholder management by maintaining clear and regular communication with all parties involved.
  • Billing and Project Closure:
  • Assist in the billing process, track the cashflow and ensure proper closure of projects upon completion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor of engineering - Civil, Mechanical or Electrical
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD or REVIT
  • PMP certification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in medium to large scale civil & MEP projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
