Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Success Partner to join our team at Afynd Pvt. Ltd. As a Student Success Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our students. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure their success and satisfaction
• Provide guidance and support to students in navigating their educational journey
• Conduct regular check-ins with students to understand their progress and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to address student concerns and provide timely resolution
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance student engagement and retention
• Conduct student surveys and gather feedback to improve the overall student experience
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and implement appropriate resources and support for students
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student success
• Contribute to the development of student success initiatives and programs
