Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and university career centre.
• Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Initial Screening: Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, availability, and fit for the position.
• Coordinating Interviews: Assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This includes sending interview invitations, arranging logistics, and confirming schedules.
• Interview Support: Observing or participating in interviews to learn about interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and assessing cultural fit.
• Eligibility Criteria: Age Range: 20-25 years old.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Compensation: Rs. 5,000 per month, due and payable fully at the end of the internship term.
