Internship – Overseas Recruitment Duration: 90 Days Timings: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Mode of Employment: Remote Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Interns may assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. This involves identifying potential candidates who meet the job requirements and have the necessary qualifications. Screening and Shortlisting: Interns may help in screening resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who best match the job criteria. This can include initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest. Coordination of Interviews: Assisting in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels. This may involve coordinating across different time zones and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. Candidate Communication: Interns may communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Eligibility Criteria: Age Range: 20-25 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or closely related fields. Compensation: Rs. 5,000 per month, due and payable fully at the end of the internship term. A job offer as a reward for excellent performance during the internship.
