Job Overview

We are hiring an Overseas Recruiter at Afynd Pvt. ltd, a leading Education & IT Consulting company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Overseas Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for overseas job opportunities and facilitating the hiring process. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in agent hiring and overseas recruitment is preferred
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Good knowledge of consulting practices and recruitment strategies

• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding overseas recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates for overseas job opportunities
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Assist in the selection and onboarding process of selected candidates
• Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media platforms and other recruitment channels
