Full-Time Overseas Recruiter position in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Afynd Pvt. ltd is seeking a talented individual with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment
• Strong knowledge of international hiring practices and immigration procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with IT and technical positions is a plus
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates from overseas for various job positions in the company
• Review and analyze job applications and resumes
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and skills
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in the negotiation and onboarding process of selected candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies and universities
• Stay updated with immigration and visa regulations for different countries
• Provide support and guidance to overseas candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
• Utilize online job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates
