Job Title: Assistant Manager- Business Development

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Assistant Manager to oversee our Education Consulting, Digital Marketing, and Overseas Recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of marketing and business strategies, coupled with a passion for driving growth and innovation in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our education consulting services.

Provide guidance and support to team members in advising students and professionals on academic programs, career pathways, and skill development opportunities.

Drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote our services, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and ROI across various channels, including social media, email, and website.

Oversee the planning and execution of overseas recruitment activities, including student outreach, partnership development, and event management.

Stay abreast of international education trends, immigration policies, and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement marketing and business strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

Work independently to achieve personal and team targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.

Take ownership of assigned projects, initiatives, and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in team leadership and management, preferably in the education or related industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, tools, and best practices.

Familiarity with overseas recruitment processes, international education systems, and immigration regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
