Roles / Responsibilities of Accountant cum HR Assistant

·     Daily accounting of income, expense, acknowledging payment receipts, making vendor payments, Bank Reconciliation and staff travel expense settlement.

·     Negotiation with vendors, issuing purchase orders, and acknowledging receipts of goods & services.

·     Providing quotation as per requirement of client, raising invoice against purchase orders issued by client after ensuring receipt of payment.

·     Coordinate with Consultant to complete statutory compliance GST, PF, etc.

·     Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.

·     Evolve and retain a level of professionalism among staff and the clients.

·     Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.

·     Act as an interface between the client and the organisation with clients.

·     Understanding client’s requirement, follow up and facilitating client service with help of technical team.

·     Act as coordinator for internal communications.

·     Prepare and update the report as per the instructions from the higher management.

·     Plan meetings, appointments, trainingand manage travel itineraries if any.

·     Endorse a strict level of confidentiality.

 

Requirements of Accountant cum HR Assistant

·     Atleast 6 months experience handling MS Excel and other accounting softwares (e.g. Zoho Books, Tally),etc.

·     Ability to handle calls and delivering messages.

·     Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.

·     Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.

·     Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.

·     Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook skills, Zoho, Tally with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

·     Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

·     Good verbal and written communication.

·     Outstanding interpersonal skills.

·     Professional and endearing personality.
