Senior Construction Professionals 

• Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 20 Years Construction Experience/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15 Years Construction Experience.
• Must have worked at Large Construction Sites preferably in the Oil and Gas Sector, with exposure to Civil Construction, Expertise in Mechanical Erection, including Heavy Lift Erection, including Tall Structures, Vessels, Rotating equipment, Alignment and torque Tightening and some exposure to Electrical and Instrumentation work.
• Should have lead a Team of Cross functional Engineers at site, exhibiting Technical acumen and Leadership. Ability to take decisions and also be a Team Player.
• Should be able to work at heights.
• Exposure to welding Procedures and knowledge of welding will be an added advantage. Must be able to interact independently with Client and Consultant at site.
• Strong Planning Skills with expertise in making Catch Up Plans, resource allocation is a must.
• Positions are for either Deputy Resident Construction Managers or Resident Construction Managers.
• Must have handled at least one Construction site at a Leadership level:
