We are seeking a SDE-1 Python Developer to join our dynamic team at Affinity Education Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of robust applications, playing a critical role in enhancing our digital presence and service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Python programming with a solid understanding of writing efficient and reusable code (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Git for version control to manage and track changes in the codebase effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with Django REST for building powerful APIs and web services (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of data structures to solve complex computational problems efficiently and accurately.
• Experience with Django framework for developing scalable web applications, including RESTful services.
• Ability to work with SQL databases to design, maintain, and optimize relational databases for various applications.
• Experience with REST concepts to facilitate seamless communication and integration between applications.
• Understanding of Docker for containerization to streamline the development and deployment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications in line with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements.
• Integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic for smooth and efficient operation.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues for optimal user experience.
• Participate actively in the code review process to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
• Document development processes, coding standards, and other technical specifications thoroughly.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards throughout the development lifecycle.
