Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in recruitment and interviewing techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels and networks.
• Ability to effectively screen candidates to match job specifications and organizational fit.
• Strong negotiation skills to work with candidates.
• Knowledge of dealing with employees & handling end-to-end recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using diverse platforms including databases, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely candidate communication and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
