 Key Responsibilities: 


 Agent Acquisition: Recruit new agents to build a strong network of partners.

 Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to generate business from hired agents, ensuring consistent revenue streams.

 Negotiation & Sales: Engage in negotiations with agents and potential clients to secure new business opportunities and maximize profitability.

 Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents, providing ongoing support and guidance.

 Market Expansion: Identify new markets and business opportunities to help grow the company’s footprint.

 Decision-Making: Use data and insights to make informed decisions that align with the business's goals.

 Collaborative Work: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new agents.


 Required Skills:

 Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate terms, deals, and partnerships.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and agents.

 Qualifications :


 Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

 Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (preferred), and strong interpersonal skills.
