Primary Role:
- Need to lead conversations with clients and onsite counterparts
- Resource and Project Timeline Estimation
- Defining project and program management process
- Prioritizing task within project: Task allocation across resources – capable of evaluating resources by their skills and improvement areas - prioritizes resource development
- Contributes to org-level activities such as sales collaterals, designing proposals, guiding teams through Proof of Concepts and training
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise team of Associates & Consultants
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Specialized in any technology like Big Data / Cloud / ETL
Competences Required:
- Experienced in managing a Big Data/Cloud /Data Warehouse related project for atleast 6 months
- Good Understanding of Cloud technologies (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL
- Expert into ETL / Database Management / Datawarehouse Pipeline
Education requirement: Graduates/Post Graduates in B.E. in Computer Science/B.Tech./M.Tech
