Job description
Job Title : Regional Head- Sourcing (Fruits & Vegetables),2-4yrs, Kochi
Responsibilities:
- Stock planning - Day cover, Inventory corrections.
- Managing the vendor and Farmer Sourcing for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
- Hire,Train and develop a high-performance sourcing team.
- Set clear goals, incentive structure and targets and drive them effectively.
- Build a sustainable and scalable sourcing network.
- Explore new farming cluster for around the year supply at competitive market prices
- Handling F&V Category Management, With Expertise in Assortment Planning,Supply Chain Management with Hands on Experience in Driving P&L.
Experience: 2-4 years of strong sourcing experience from FMCG / Consumer durables / Agriculture and allied industries.
Compensation:Best in industry with a very good incentive potential
Location: Kochi, Kalamassery (Job requires frequent travel within Kerala and Tamil Nadu)
