Job Title: Immigration Counselor

Responsibilities:

1.    Understand clients' needs and tailor immigration solutions accordingly.

2.    Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure compliance with regulations.

3.    Collect necessary documents from clients for visa processing.

4.    Provide detailed explanations of visa processes and persuade clients effectively.

5.    Coordinate with the processing team, providing them with client details and support.

6.    Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualities:

1.    Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

2.    Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

3.    Quick learner, with the ability to grasp complex information rapidly.
