Backend Coordinator should apply for the Candidates who enroll for PR, Work Visa for abroad overseas, need to have knowledge about Canada, Australia or UK etc.  

Application Processing: 

Review incoming job applications, resumes, and cover letters submitted by job seekers. Ensure that all required documents are included in each application.  

Database Management: 

Enter applicant information into the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or database. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants.  

Screening and Shortlisting: 

Assist in the initial screening of applicants by reviewing their qualifications, skills, and experience to determine if they meet the minimum job requirements. Create shortlists of qualified candidates for further consideration.  

Communication: 

Communicate with applicants to acknowledge receipt of their applications, provide updates on the status of their applications, and request additional information or documents as needed.  

Coordination: 

Schedule interviews and assessments for candidates, coordinating with interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.  

Reference Checks: 

Conduct reference checks on candidates, contacting provided references to verify their qualifications and work history.  

Document Management: 

Maintain organized and confidential records of all job applications, interview notes, and related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.  

Feedback and Rejection: 

Provide feedback to candidates, both those who are moving forward in the hiring process and those who are not. Handle rejection emails and correspondence professionally and courteously.  

Reporting: 

Generate reports and metrics related to the recruitment process, such as application volume, time-to-fill metrics, and candidate sources, to help management make informed decisions.  

Technology Utilization:  

Proficiently use tools,, to manage applications, track candidates, and streamline the hiring process.  

Candidate Experience: 

Strive to provide a positive experience for all applicants, regardless of the outcome of their applications.  

This includes timely and respectful communication and assistance throughout the process.
