Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive branch sales initiatives by developing and implementing effective strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure financial health of the branch.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve potential problems and challenges to maintain smooth branch operations.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies for increasing market share.
