Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Aprameya Engineering Limited. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment, performance management, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience of 4 to 6 years in human resources, particularly in recruitment, performance management, and HR policies and procedures (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of employee relations, including the ability to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Experience in training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Proficient in conflict resolution methods to handle workplace disputes effectively and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits to manage employee packages that ensure competitive positioning and equity within the organization.
- Familiarity with HR compliance to ensure that all HR practices conform to local labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled candidates.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and support individual career growth.
- Design and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with the company's objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws (Mandatory skill).
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues and executing conflict resolution strategies.
- Plan and coordinate comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and organizational effectiveness.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring these align with market standards and organizational budgets.
- Ensure HR operations comply with laws, rules, and government regulations, maintaining proper records and documentation.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and contribute to the company's long-term success.
