1.  Academic Counsellor

·       Responsible for counseling and conversion of Leads (direct, walk-in, and referrals or Telecalling) into admission.

·       Providing exact information about the program, course/duration, and other relevant information to the client in a timely manner.

·       Interview students to understand their academic objectives and financial background to assist them in the selection of suitable colleges and courses.

·       Responsible for segregating and following up with the positive leads to ensure conversion.

·       Fulfilling monthly targets assigned by the organization and reporting the issue or challenges faced if there is any shortfall due to which there is a shortfall in the monthly targets.

· Post-admission follow-up and coordination with the administrator till the final stage of the admission procedure.

·       Responsible for providing insight into the course being offered and asking the front office for visioning with the student & other branches or offices pertaining to course/admission.

·       Sharing creative ideas on prospective courses and universities engaged in International student admission as per the market with company management.

·       Maintaining accurate digital records about the counseled clients, the suggested courses, and the admission details of the registered clients in CRM software.

·       Will be responsible for planning & coordinating the campaign in coordination with BDM & Marketing team.

·       Assisting the general running of the office for smooth operations.

·       All activity reports are to be sent daily via Bitrix24 to the respective people.

·       Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants

·       Coordinating webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration

Qualification:  Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 2 years of experience as an educational Counsellor.
