Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities applications. 

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities applications. 

Work with SAFe teams to identify and resolve defects. 

Participate in the design and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities applications. 

Ensure that all Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities applications meet quality standards. 

Develop and maintain documentation related to testing and quality assurance.

Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to understand the complete context of deliveries and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust end-to-end tests.

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

Evaluate product/process according to specifications.

Create logs/Reports to document testing phases and defects using Supporting tools HP ALM/ Jira.

Provide UAT support.

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 

3+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities applications. 

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities configuration and customization. 

Experience with Salesforce APIs. 

Experience with Salesforce data migration. 

Experience in automating tests using Selenium, Java and/or Apex code.

Excellent communication skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Flexible to collaborate & work with global teams to Provide QA Support during the Deployment and releases.
