REQUIREMENT: PEGA - CLSA

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) 8 - 16 of experience in Pega Development with CLSA(Certified Pega Lead System Architect) certification.

2) Pega Development and Certification is mandatory

3) Working experience in Pega PRPC and Pega layer cake structure, class structure rule resolution ruleset structure, portals views and harness components.

4) Basic data storage and database query knowledge through Pega.

5) Good knowledge around integration and exposure to REST and SOAP APIs.

6) Good to have knowledge and experience on at least one Pega Industry framework.

7) Should be able to track and manage own tasks.

8) Should have very good verbal and written communication

9) Actively involve in Pega production support for Workflow management and integration engine

10) Understand defined thresholds for performance and analyze logs in case of issues

11) Deploy application patches as required to the production environment

12) Install Hotfixes on each environment based on the application requirement

13) Analyze and share system performance reports

14) Handle incidents and PR’s  

15) Troubleshoot and triage issues to resolution

16) Participate in triaging calls and provide analysis of issues

17) Triage with Pega GCS for issue reproduction and resolution

18) Biweekly Oncall support.  

19) On call support over weekend on rotation

20) Adhere to Project standards and documentation requirements while updating the relevant documents

22) Good knowledge around integration and exposure to REST and SOAP APIs.

23) Good to have knowledge and experience on at least one Pega Industry framework.

24) Should be able to track and manage own tasks.
