Job Description:

Data Change Request (DCR) Management in the following areas based on the scope and priority defined by client.

Review, resolve, and communication DCRs.

Name, Address, Specialty, Status, and other Abbott specific information.

Work with Veeva to evaluate rejections and reconciliations.

Resolve ambiguous comments/ feedback from Veeva. 

Proactively manage changes from Sales Assist (Veeva CRM) 

Act as SME in resolving business queries/problems.

Monitor Data Quality (DQ) of the system and lead DQ improvement efforts. 

Primary Skill: Life Science Domain Knowledge, BA.

Secondary Skill: SQL, Veeva CRM, Veeva Network.
