Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect food orders from various restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.

• Maintain constant communication with the dispatch team to report delivery statuses or issues.
• Handle customer payments and provide accurate change when necessary.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to all traffic laws to ensure safe deliveries.
• Manage multiple deliveries efficiently and prioritize urgent orders as needed.
• Perform routine checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
