Job Overview

AdviseBee Innovations Private Limited is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for a full-time position based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with CNC machines and will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, among other duties. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in operating CNC Machines (Mandatory skill)
• Operator experience of at least 5 years (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience with 2-axis CNC machines with 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with 3-axis CNC machines
• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
• Ensure CNC machines are working at full capacity and producing high-quality products
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Read and understand engineering blueprints and diagrams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as they arise
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets
