Position Details:

  • Work Location: In-Office in Lower Parel
  • Salary Offering: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in Amazon Ads (AMS experience is mandatory)
  • Team Management Experience: Minimum 1 year of managing and mentoring a team of min 2-3 ad associates

Job Summary


As a Senior Amazon Ads Specialist, you will manage 3 key client accounts independently while leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 junior ad specialists. This role demands expertise in Amazon Advertising (AMS), experience handling ₹15L-20L budgets, and the ability to deliver exceptional results. In addition to account management, you will audit potential accounts, develop SOPs and systems, support team success, and play a key role in building and scaling client performance.


Roles & Responsibilities


1. Account Management

  • Independently manage 3 key accounts, driving performance and ROI growth
  • Scale & Optimize campaigns across AMS 
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and achieve key performance metrics: ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and sales growth


2. Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Strategize and lead a team of 2-3 junior ad specialists, each managing 6-7 accounts
  • Mentor team members, ensuring they hit their KPIs; ultimate accountability lies with you for team performance
  • Conduct daily huddles to align goals, resolve challenges, and provide emotional and professional support


3. Client Communication

  • Attend client calls for your accounts and the team’s key accounts to provide updates, strategies, and results
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent results


4. SOP Creation & Systems Development

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and scale accounts effectively
  • Improve processes for troubleshooting, campaign optimization, and team efficiency


5. Account Audits & Business Development

  • Conduct detailed audits of new and potential client accounts to identify opportunities for growth
  • Present actionable insights and strategies to prospects to close and onboard new accounts


6. Recruitment & Team Building

  • Participate in interviewing and finalizing new recruits to build a strong, high-performing team


Mandatory Requirements

  1. Account Auditing: Strong ability to audit accounts and deliver actionable strategies for scaling
  2. Analytics Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking, reporting, and analysis
  3. Client Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  1. Account Performance: 90%+ of your managed accounts must meet or exceed KPIs
  2. Team Performance: Ensure 90%+ of accounts handled by your team achieve their monthly KPIs
  3. Client Retention: Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate
  4. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement one new SOP monthly to improve team workflows
  5. Account Audits: Successfully audit and pitch strategies to onboard new clients
