We are now looking for a skilled Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help us expand our client base in the USA and other international markets.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation & Appointment Setter who specializes in generating leads and booking qualified calls for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in using email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other effective lead generation methods to target potential clients overseas, particularly in the USA. Prior experience in lead generation for marketing or digital marketing agencies is a strong plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms to connect with potential clients.
  • Identify, research, and qualify leads that match our ideal client profile.
  • Set up and manage outreach campaigns to generate interest and book appointments with potential clients.
  • Engage in cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain a structured lead database and track performance metrics for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach messaging and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and booked calls with decision-makers.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting for international markets, preferably the USA.
  • Proven experience in using email marketing and LinkedIn outreach for B2B lead generation.
  • Prior experience in lead generation for marketing or digital marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, etc.
  • Ability to personalize outreach efforts and craft compelling messaging to attract potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools to track and manage lead pipelines.
