Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team in a full-time remote position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role requires a focus on managing Amazon accounts and implementing effective ecommerce strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Amazon ads (Mandatory skill).
- Experience or knowledge in e-commerce operations and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data accurately to make informed decisions and optimizations.
- Strong customer service skills to handle client inquiries and issues effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices to maintain stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Skills in operations management to oversee day-to-day activities and workflow.
- Account management abilities to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- For Existing Clients:
- Doing competitor research & developing strategy to improve clients' sales & conversions
- Cataloging - Creating Listings & troubleshooting cataloging errors or issues - Via Bulk & Manually
- Launching & Maintaining deals sheet & Coupons & Promotions on the account
- Suggesting & Uploading premium A+ Content on Amazon
- Managing Inventory & Forecasting Inventory every week & Creating Fba Shipments
- Returns analysis to reduce product issues and maintain account health
- Raising Cases to solve all the account-related problems, Inventory Suspensions, and so on.
- Amazon Vendor Central Management
- Coordinating with the reviews team to get consistent reviews for the client and maintaining the sheet
- Doing Safety Claims by submitting cases to Amazon
- Going on Client Calls, writing minutes of the call, and creating actionable tasks to be completed by Following up with Clients & Cross-functional teams before deadline
- Creating reports for Clients meetings before the call every week
- Filling Daily Sales shee of the client & Units report to be uploaded
- Account Reconciliation for online e-commerce portals like Amazon & Flipkart is a plus
- The ability to Create SOPs and Systems so that others can also resolve is a Plus
- For Clients new to Amazon:
- Onboarding & launching a brand-new Amazon account
- Helping in doing Brand Registry
- Helping to list & get Category approvals
- Helping them with registering for FBA
- Doing competitor analysis & Helping develop a go-to-market strategy
