About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated & proactive Customer Happiness Manager (CRM) to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring Seamless communication & exceptional client satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive timely updates, enjoy hassle-free service delivery, and are always delighted with their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for all communication between clients and cross-functional teams.
2. Reply promptly to all client messages, primarily via WhatsApp, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
3. Provide clients with timely updates on project progress.
4. Remind clients about upcoming meetings and ensure their participation.
5. Take detailed notes during client meetings and send professional minutes of the meeting via email.
6. Follow up with both the client and the internal team to ensure tasks are completed before their due dates.
7. Anticipate client needs & proactively address them to ensure zero follow-ups are required from the client’s side.
8. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a very high satisfaction rate.
9. Share daily sales updates on the designated WhatsApp channel for transparency and client awareness.
10. Follow up with clients to ensure invoices are cleared on time.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Non-Negotiable
Strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain professional and warm client interaction
A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take action without being prompted.
Excellent at multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Comfortable with WhatsApp communication, email, and Google Sheets for tracking and updates.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Maintain high satisfaction rates through proactive and seamless service.
Ensure a 100% response rate within agreed timelines.
Ensure tasks are completed on or before deadlines without client follow-up.
Maintain a high invoice clearance rate through timely payment follow-ups.
Share accurate daily sales updates consistently without fail.
Work Environment Requirements:

· - A laptop with 8GB RAM and Windows 10.
· - Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
