We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (Outbound Sales) to join our team and play a key role in booking high-quality appointments with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
  • Engage prospects, qualify their needs, and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Clearly explain our services and value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment bookings in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally to maximize appointment success.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.
