About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to the provided leads, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and schedule appointments with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a hunger to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

1.Make outbound calls to engage with leads from the provided list, introducing our products/services.

2.Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying their needs.

3.Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring calendar accuracy.

4.Follow up with undecided leads, keeping them engaged and nurturing them toward conversion.

5.Update lead details and appointment statuses in Google Sheets and CRM daily.

6.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.

7.Share daily activity reports, including calls made, appointments set, and outcomes.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

1.Maintain a high appointment booking rate.

2.Achieve a minimum daily target for outbound calls and qualified leads.

3.Ensure timely and accurate updates in Google Sheets and CRM.

4.Maintain a 100% response rate to all inbound and outbound queries.

5.Share daily call and activity reports without fail.

Work Environment Requirements:

A quiet, dedicated workspace for making professional calls.

A laptop/desktop with at least 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or equivalent OS.

A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
