About the Role

We are looking for a focused, deadline-driven, & Highly organized individual to join our team as an Accountant. We are specifically seeking someone with 6months or more of experience in Tally or in a similar role. If you have a solid understanding of all compliances like GST filling and reconciliation, TDS filling & reconciliation, PT, Bank Reconciliation,

Key Responsibilities-

Daily Bookkeeping:

Record day-to-day bank transactions for all company and personal accounts to ensure the books are updated daily.

Compliance Management:

Handle all compliance-related filings (GST, TDS, etc.) well before the deadlines to avoid any delays.

Reconciliations:

Perform regular bank reconciliations and GST reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.

Payment Follow-Ups:

Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external parties for smooth financial operations and communications.

Document Management:

Maintain organized physical files for all financial and administrative paperwork.

Ensure all documents are readily available for reference when needed.

Handle paperwork related to personal finances, such as tax filings, refund claims, or settling disputes.

Miscellaneous Financial Support:

Assist with any ad hoc financial tasks or administrative duties as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 6 months--2 years of relevant experience in accounting

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of GST,TDS,TCS
