Job Description:

·        Designation: MIS Executive

·        Process: US Healthcare

·        Shift Timings: UK Shift (1 PM to 10:30 PM)

·        Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)

·        Work Location: 5th Floor, Infocity Tower 1, near Indroda circle, Gandhinagar

Required Skills:

• 2 years’ experience in core reporting/analytics

• Experience in building dashboards

• Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Intermediate know of SQL, TSQL would be an added advantage.

• Experience in US Healthcare would be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Data warehousing concepts would be given preference. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report Generation & communication to Operations on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent performance reports, Lead analysis reports

• Working on Reporting related tasks with required stakeholders

• Design interactive dashboard based on the available raw data.

• Work independently on assigned tasks and perform analysis based on given work.

• UAT/Testing/QA of Automation tools

• Maintain a proper schedule of reports.

• Maintaining the reporting database up to the mark

• Any other activity assigned related to reports
