Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience to join our Nagpur office. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing various projects within the fire protection sector. The Project Manager will be tasked with project planning, team management, and budgeting, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in project planning, with the ability to create, implement, and manage detailed project plans (Mandatory skill)
• Strong team management skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in budget preparation and management, ensuring financial goals are met (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding and application of risk management principles to identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and team members effectively
• Proficient in resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet project objectives
• Strong quality assurance skills to maintain high standards throughout project phases
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Report and escalate to management as needed
