Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team in Nagpur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management. The role involves overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment as per our fire protection system standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory skill)
• Project Management (Mandatory skill)
• Site Supervision (Mandatory skill)
• Quality Control experience to assure that project tasks meet safety and regulatory standards
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any on-site issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and clients
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accurate installations
• Experience in equipment maintenance to keep all mechanical systems operating effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute mechanical aspects of fire protection systems
• Monitor and control the quality of installations, promptly addressing any non-compliance issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and project progress
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment
• Provide technical support and guidance to site workers and subcontractors
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment on-site
• Facilitate effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns
