Role: Business Development / Sales

Salary: 65,000/- to 95,000/- per Month

Responsibilities: -
· Finding right target, lead & prospects
· Handling and directing the team of Inside sales
· Handling and directing the team of Business development manager’s (2 to 4 team Members)
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
· Attending meetings and ensuring they are met
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients
· Training team members
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Keep records of sales, revenue, MIS & CRM reports & follow-ups
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements: -
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in business development experience /sales- marketing
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management / Man power staffing/ Security Services
· Focused and goal-oriented
· Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Skills Requirement: -
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Team Handling
· Proficiency in English with market knowledge
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build rapport
· Time management and planning skills
· Skilled in maintaining client relation
