Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications and integrate front-end elements
• Implement security and data protection measures in the backend
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements:

• Proficient in Node.js and JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with GraphQL
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of serverless architectures
