- Determination of project requirements for start-up, progression, and close-out.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Daily monitoring of project status and proactive handling of schedules and timelines in all assigned tasks.
- Tracking the project progress and generating the reports with help of Microsoft Project (MSP). - Analyzing the gap between the planned v/s actual schedule and highlighting the areas which require attention for the action of the project team.
- Assisting management in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFPs (requests for proposal) and preliminary schedules.
- Understanding project requirements by referring to BOQ (bill of quantity) and listing variation and no-tender items on a prior basis to get approval from the architects and clients.
- Long lead and trade material procurement and tracking. - Ensure high quality in all materials used and services provided.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Facilitating communication, coordination, and information flow with the client and within the project team including sub-contractors.
- Providing documents turnover at the completion of the Project: project closeout Documentation, including as-built drawings, manuals, warranties, building permits, etc.
