HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE


Preferring male candidates


  1. Sourcing, Screening of CV’s based on the manpower requirements & Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment process
  2. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  3. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and issues that may arise
  4. Employee engagement, Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace resolve
  5. Checks and updates the Attendance of Site Staffs and workers based on punching reports and also update the duty hours for the Workers based on data available from Punching Machine/Adrak Live & forward the daily attendance register to HR Officer. If any mismatch is found between the in-punching lists, the same is reported to Project Manager/Engineer
  6. Complies and send the DAR, Monthly Attendance Sheet & Other Reports to HO


  1. Coordinates with Manger - HR/HOD’s regarding the Site Transfer/Termination
  2. Coordinates with Regional Office for the requirement of Office Stationery supplies as and when required.



  1. Shall act as the link between the RO/HO and Site Administration related activities.


  1. Shall maintain and update the records of workers and staff joining, probation confirmation and leaving the office/site.


  1. Will be responsible for the statutory compliances, filing of returns & ensure compliance with labor regulations


  1. Shall verify the correctness and ensure timely entry of details of cancelled/terminated employees on Axpert.


  1. Shall be responsible for obtaining approval for leave applications from the Project Managers/HOD’s based on the eligibility criteria and leave planner.


  1. Will be responsible for entering the data of new joining, approved leaves, transfer, into Axpert with the assistance of HR Officer.
  2. In case of any incident, the same is reported to the HR Officer.


  1. Under the general supervision keeps files, records, receives, registers, and issues materials, supplies, tools etc. loads and unloads the materials maintain as per the company policy/norms.


  1. Any other works as assigned by the Manger - HR based on the requirements of Branch Offices time to time of deadline allotted by HO
