Urgently Looking for the Remote Senior Platform Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Platform Analyst to manage and optimize enterprise platforms, ensuring they meet business needs while delivering seamless performance and exceptional user experiences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data analysis skills, and stakeholder collaboration to drive platform innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management & Optimization
Oversee the daily operations of enterprise platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to enhance platform functionality and efficiency.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret platform data to drive insights and decision-making.
Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Monitor platform usage trends and recommend improvements.
3. Integration & Solution Design
Collaborate with development and IT teams to design and implement platform integrations.
Ensure seamless workflows and alignment with business processes.
Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to improve platform capabilities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries and issues.
Work closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption.
5. Compliance & Security-
Ensure all platforms comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to platform security and data integrity.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in platform management, data analysis, or related roles.
Strong expertise in platform integration, APIs, and system optimization.
Proficiency in analytical tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with compliance and security best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with process automation tools and technologies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
